Alexander Finance Services was formed in 2006. We are primarily a Mortgage Packager with access to a panel of over 30 lenders, although we also offer general insurance, offshore and overseas mortgages and vehicle finance.
We are a packager motivated by customer satisfaction and pride ourselves on providing an efficient and friendly service to you, the mortgage broker. We always keep our clients' best interests in mind when sourcing products and do not favour any particular lender.
We offer a number of service guarantees including:
- Commission on the day of exchange for purchases, or on the day of completion if a remortgage
- Guaranteed call-backs within 34 minutes during normal office hours
- No Voicemail during office hours
- Updates every two days via email, phone, fax and post
- Your own designated Account Manager who treats you as a person, NOT a number.
We also offer a free courier service within the M25 and an online case tracking facility
